Discover Your Potential

The six-month mentorship program will take place digitally from September to November 2025, allowing bartenders to participate in their establishments. Jägermeister Global Brand Ambassador Nils Boese will regularly be present to support the participants. Additionally, international mentors will share their knowledge in keynotes and workshops during the masterclasses. Creating challenges and

regular tasks will encourage participants to develop their personal style and to exchange ideas with the other participants. The Jägermeister Scholarship is a great opportunity to accompany and support young bartenders on their career path: It creates not only unforgettable experiences but also a strong network that extends far beyond the scholarship. Participants help each other and form a community that continues to grow. The program concludes with a final presentation and a virtual farewell meeting. Upon successful completion, participants automatically become members of the Hubertus Circle.
