How long will delivery take?
Europe Express (DHL): ~1–4 business days
Europe Global Mail: ~15–20 business days
Worldwide Express: ~5–7 business days
Worldwide Global Mail: ~20–25 business days
Orders placed before 17:00 (CET) on working days are usually shipped within 1 business day.
Can I track my order?
Yes. All shipping options include a tracking link, which you will receive via email once your order has shipped.
Are customs fees included?
No. Shipping costs are shown at checkout, but local customs fees and taxes (outside the EU) are your responsibility.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order, if they are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
How do I return a product?
Fill in the Return Form and include it in your parcel.

Who pays for return shipping?
You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund as soon as possible to your original payment method.
What if my order hasn’t arrived?
First, check the tracking link provided. If the order still hasn’t arrived 5 business days after the expected date, use the contact form at the buttom of the page to contact us.
What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
Contact us immediately with photos of the item using the contact form at the buttom of the page. We will assist you with a solution.

What payment options are available? Our store accepts a range of payment methods (including major credit and debit cards).
Can I redeem several vouchers in one order? You can only redeem one voucher per order.
How long is my promotional voucher valid for? Vouchers for certain promotions are always valid for a limited time. You can find the exact promotion period in the conditions of participation.
Where do I redeem my voucher? You can redeem your voucher or promotional code during the order process.

Can I order from the Jägermeister Shop without registering? Yes, it is possible to order without prior registration. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders and manage your details more easily.
I have forgotten my password. What do I have to do? You can reset your password witin login page.

My address stored in my account has changed. How do I change it? Log in and go to the ‘Account’ section. The ‘Addresses’ section is displayed there and you can easily change or delete existing addresses. You can also add new addresses here.
Can I change my e-mail address? Unfortunately this is not possible. Please create a new account with your new e-mail address by registering again.
I would like to delete my Jägermeister account. What do I have to do? Contact us by using General question. Simply state you issue ‘Delete account’ and we will then take care of everything else.
