TERMS AND CONDITIONS
JÄGERMEISTER HUBERTUS CIRCLE SCHOLARSHIP 2026
1. Organizer
The organizer of the Jägermeister Hubertus Circle Scholarship 2026 is MAST‑JÄGERMEISTER SE, Jägermeisterstraße 7–15, 38302 Wolfenbüttel, Germany (hereinafter “Jägermeister”).
2. Eligibility & Application
The scholarship is open exclusively to individuals residing in countries that are part of the Jägermeister Hubertus Circle.
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age at the time of application and have full legal capacity.
Applications can only be submitted online via the official application page.
Only complete applications submitted between 1 May 2026, 00:01 CET and 15 June 2026, 23:59 CET will be considered.
Participation is free of charge. Multiple applications by the same individual are not permitted.
Applicants are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate and complete.
Any attempt to influence the selection process through improper means (including bribery or corruption) will result in immediate disqualification.
3. Application Content & Rights
Applicants may submit texts, files, images, links or other materials (“Application Content”) solely for the purpose of evaluating their application.
By submitting Application Content, applicants confirm that:
they are entitled to use and submit such content, and
the content does not infringe any third‑party rights.
Jägermeister will use Application Content exclusively for the selection process and will not publish or use such content for marketing or communication purposes if the applicant is not selected.
4. Selection Process
All eligible applications will be reviewed by a Jägermeister project team.
Selection is based on qualitative criteria, including but not limited to:
professional background and experience,
motivation and personal development goals,
potential contribution to the Hubertus Circle community.
Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted. There is no entitlement to participate, and the selection decision is final.
Notification does not constitute a legally binding agreement. Participation is subject to confirmation and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
5. Participation in the Scholarship
The scholarship program will take place from September to November 2026.
Selected participants (“Scholars”) commit to actively participating in the program, including virtual masterclasses and related activities.
Successful completion requires regular attendance and active engagement.
6. Use of Content by Selected Participants
Scholars agree that Jägermeister may use photos, videos and audiovisual content created in the context of the scholarship for:
Jägermeister’s official website,
Jägermeister’s official social media channels (including Instagram),
internal presentations and internal communication.
Such use is limited to communication and documentation of the scholarship and related brand initiatives.
Knowledge, ideas and creations developed by Scholars during the program (e.g. recipes, merchandise ideas or innovation concepts) may be used by Jägermeister for internal purposes only. No exclusivity, remuneration or transfer of ownership is granted unless agreed separately in writing.
7. Communication
By applying, applicants consent to receiving project‑related email communication concerning:
the application and selection process, and
the organization and implementation of the scholarship program. No marketing communication unrelated to the scholarship will be sent on this basis.
8. Modification or Cancellation
Jägermeister reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the scholarship or the selection process at any time due to justified reasons. Participants shall have no claims against Jägermeister arising from such changes.
9. Liability
Jägermeister shall only be liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.
10. Data Protection
All personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Personal data will be used exclusively for administering the scholarship. Further information can be found in Jägermeister’s privacy notice.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, subject to mandatory local consumer protection laws. The courts of Braunschweig, Germany, shall have exclusive jurisdiction, where legally permissible.
12. Final Provisions
If individual provisions of these Terms & Conditions are or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
