Mobile Work & Holidays

At Jägermeister, mobile working and flexible working hours allow you to plan your working day that suit your private life. We offer 6 weeks’ holiday per year, as well as special leave for a move, a wedding or the birth of a child.

Child Care

Jägermeister is a family business. True to the motto "From our Families to yours". Our employees at both the Wolfenbüttel and Linden locations benefit from our co-operation with a Kindergarten.

Employee Health

The health of our employees is very important to us. We create offers through internal and external experts, as well as through various other co-operations.

Company Sports Club (BSG)

We promote being active in sports with your colleagues. The BSG is organised by employees for employees. The extensive range of activities can be used individually or together with the family.

With the “JobRad” offer, our employees get to work on a bicycle, which is environmentally friendly and good for your health. But the best of all: Jägermeister covers the costs of the annual inspection and the insurance.

For a sustainable infrastructure, we currently offer our employees the opportunity to charge their e-cars free of charge at 18 charging stations.
